General
These terms and conditions are governed by the economic policies of University of Stavanger and laws of the Government of Norway.

Photography & Filming
Photographs and videos of you may be taken during your participation in the Congress. By participating in the Congress, you consent to the University of Stavanger, Cluster on Industrial Asset Management, and future World Congresses on Engineering Asset Management using these photographs/videos for promotional, news, multimedia, research or educational purposes.
If you do not consent to your image being used, you must advise the Conference secretariate via email at << wceam2018@uis.no>>
Payment Policy
All payments are required at the time of the Registration.

Note: Your registration is at risk of being cancelled until payment is confirmed.
WCEAM-2018 Conference Registration Refund Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Congress secretariate, by email << wceam2018@uis.no>>
Registration cancellations received up until 31st August 2018, will be refunded less 25% for administration fees (please note if you have not paid you will still be invoiced for this amount). No registration refunds will be made after this date. Full cancellation fees will also apply to non-paid accounts after this date.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organisation. If so, inform the the Congress secretariate by email << wceam2018@uis.no>> about the changes in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Congress.
Nordic Edge Registration Refund Policy
Registration cancellations or any amendments will have to be made by you in direct contact with the Nordic Edge secretariate.
Amendments or cancellations for your Registration are subjected to specific Terms and Conditions of Nordic Edge.
Accommodation Refund Policy
Accommodation cancellations or any amendments will have to be made by you in direct contact with the respective Hotel.
Amendments or cancellations for your accommodation are subjected to specific Terms and Conditions of the respective Hotel.
Partner Program Policy
Partner Program tours are suggested based on general information provided by various local sources.

Liability
Without affecting any of your statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited: a) Congress hosts and organizers will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (howsoever caused, including negligence, and whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising from the use of or connected with our site or any products or services purchased on our site, and b) we make no warranty or representation as to the fitness or suitability of any product or service displayed on our site or any linked site. Where our liability cannot be excluded, to the extent permitted by law such liability is limited to the value of the booking made.
Privacy Policy
In order to fulfil its activities, Congress secretariate collect and hold personal information about delegates registering or expressing interest in our events. Congress secretariate is committed to protecting the privacy of this personal information, and ensuring that it is properly secured and managed in accordance with the requirements of the University of Stavanger and the Norwegian government’s Information Privacy Acts.
Your information will only be provided back to the CIAM and ISEAM and is not provided to any other third-party provider in relation to the event. In some occasions contact details are provided by the owner of the event for the purpose of marketing the next event. This data is held in trust by the Congress secretariate, and is then returned to the owner at the conclusion of the event. Credit card details are never forwarded to any other party under any circumstance.
Congress secretariate does not use any of its databases to market any other product or service.
