The World Congress organizers actively encourage Industry presentations from Asset owners, Service providers, Technology developers, Engineering Contractors, Authorities, and Public institutions. Those who have a good ‘Business story’ to share with others can submit a draft PDF of their presentations by 28th of February (no abstract or full paper is required). The Final ‘Camera ready’ Version of the Paper has to be submitted by 15th July 2018.
Abstracts and Paper submission is now OPEN. All Abstracts and Papers will go through a review by International Scientific Committee & Review Panel (ISC&IRP) of the World Congress. Only the selected top quality Research and Industrial-case papers that are peer-reviewed, accepted, and presented at the WCEAM-2018, will be published in the Springer ebook titled, “Engineering assets and Public infrastructures in the Age of Digitalization”
Submit your Abstract with names of all authors, their affilliations, Title of the Paper, and a brief description of the technical content of the paper. Limit the technical description to about 250-300 words. Authors can either write the Abstract directly in the EasyChair submission portal or upload as a PDF document.
Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their Abstracts in due time according to the Congress schedule. Once your Abstract has been accepted, you have to upload the Full paper within the deadline given. Use the Springer e-book template given to prepare your papers. All papers have a page limit of 8-10 pages max. inclusive of references and appendices in the Springer template.
All papers submitted will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 expert reviewers of the International Scientific Committee & Review Panel (ISC&IRP) of the World Congress that comprises top global experts of the technical domain. If the paper is accepted after review process, then the Final Camera-ready paper (in MS Word format) has to be submitted, after necessary improvements and modifications w.r.t. Review comments, using the Springer e-Book template together with the duly signed Consent to publish (in PDF format).
Special NOTE: Both the submission of Consent to publish as well as Presentation at the World Congress are mandatory in order for your paper to be published. No papers will be accepted to the World Congress without a duly filled and signed Consent to publish form.
Special NOTE: The maximum number of presentations per registered Speaker/Author is limited to 2. All accepted Papers/Industrial presentations must have at least 1 Author/Speaker registered at the Author/Presenter Registration rate by the Deadline of 30th July 2018 to be eligible to speak at the World Congress and the Paper to be included in the Congress proceedings.
